Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service total. This policy allows me to offer openings to other clients waiting for availability.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Respecting appointment times allows me to provide the best experience for all of my clients.
